It looks to me like there may have been alcohol involved. Apparently CK knocked the $%^ out if that sedan in front of him. His account of this accident just does not add up. Got pushed into that chick. She was freaking out. I am not the owner of a GMC Envoy courtesy of Shelter Insurance.
I went to get my plates transferred this morning and the DMV said according to their record my plates havent been renewed since they expired in 2017 even though I paid for a 2 year tag in 2017. Idiots

I guess so. Dude crushed me. I was going to do negotiations myself as thats my job at work negotiating with vendors, but then I decided to get a professional so i wouldnt leave money on the table. I am legitimately messed up though. If it was just a simple case of whiplash I would of asked for $20K and been done with it.

My experience was that unless you have significant medical bills, time missed from work, and irreversible bodily harm the award will not be large.
Tell the insurance companies that YOU MEAN BUSINESS! Get Robert Vaughan.

Get Robert Vaughan. I have all of the three unfortunately. Its starting to look like my sciatica is damaged which my understanding is it cant be completely repaired. They can tame it a little but I dont think it can ever be fully healed once damaged. We shall see though. My brother is an insurance adjuster and does medical claims. He thinks a six figure settlement could easily happen. |

That sucks. I know what chronic pain is like. Manage it with weed, not oxy or codeine. Long term use of NSAID's (especially naproxen) can give you gastro-intestinal problems like I am going through right now. I have to take it for chronic plantar fasciitis and it was a contributor to my problems.
Don't get in a hurry to settle. Remember that this condition might need some sort of therapy or other treatment forever. You're going to at least need an ounce of weed every month. And it needs to be good weed. Dr. Daneaux sez so.
