Got in a bad wreck last Thursday on my way to work. Had come to a complete stop and some college kid drove his little sedan into the back of me going roughly 50 mph. His car ended up under my Xterra. I now have whiplash, spinal strain,and sciatic nerve damage. Xterra is &%$ed. I have lawyered up. Attachments:

That blows! You definitely should sue. I was rear-ended years ago and it's still the gift that keeps on giving.

The most appalling thing about this is his poor taste in vehicles. Better than a Jute or a Versa, I guess.

It looks to me like there may have been alcohol involved. Apparently Lefty knocked the $%^ out if that sedan in front of him. His account of this accident just does not add up.
The sooner he recognizes that he is powerless against alcohol and his life has become unmanageable, the sooner he will start the long road to recovery:
