Today I climbed a mountain. It was only a 725 foot climb but remember that I did it with a broken back. The mountain is called Hjörleifshöfði. Since I cannot pronounce that I will name it broke back mountain. Wait.... *applause* |

I assume you are traveling clockwise. Are you taking any of the coastal roads like 85 as you go or are you just sticking to hwy 1?
There is a church shaped like two penises in Akureyri, but you have probably left there.
I will try to give you a heads up on the penis churches as I bone up on them.

Goðafoss Waterfall Is coming up (need pics). There are rifts in the Thingvellir National Park where you can stand with one foot in North America and one foot in Europe (do that with pics).

But I did take 60 up to the northwestern fjords. Best waterfall of the trip is up there. This turned into a waterfall chase by the end. Sorry TLC. |
