I think this is the sticking point for legal reasons.

Without knowing these issues it is hard to say this is an injustice.
I think the headline is misleading. It makes it look like the revelations on MJ were the reason they were canned.

The lens on gun violence is once again back in the limelight. IMO, there is a reckoning coming and it might take another generation+ for it to happen for real. Platitudes ain't cutting it.
Biden is playing whack-a-mole right now. This first year might well define him-short sighted but the mics are still hot. Don't envy him at all.
