I get it now. You've clearly never listened to Pet Sounds. It all makes sense.
There are dumb lyrics to a lot of Beatles songs as well.
Judging the BB entire oeuvre based on the stuff they wrote when the were 15 is silly. Besides, how many other mid-teens had hit records?
