Seems weird to do this when Shildt has had good success. Unless the players didn't like him I don't know what differences Mo could be talking about.

I think Mo wants a manager who likes the analytics stuff and Shildt maybe isnt that guy.
My buddy who works for the Springfield Cards said the rumor is the players got tired of the way the coaching staff were not aggressive and wanted the players to be super patient at the plate.
