Plant running bamboo next to the fence so it will spread quickly into his yard. I like this. I was wondering about what I could plant over there to annoy him. |

AA chip? &%$ em. Go outside and blatantly drink cocktails and beers. Fosters Oil Cans. While naked. Yeah I have thought about setting up a TV on that side of the shop and drinking beer while yelling loudly at the Cardinals if they ever start playing again. |

Did you check to see what the local ordinance about barking dogs is before you got into this?
Maybe your dags aren't as aggressive as my neighbors but he has one that barks every minute that either my wife or I are in the back yard. He doesn't just bark, he wants to kill. He growls and snarls and drools. It makes it so that we can't enjoy the yard we have lived in for 25 years. (Well, in truth, SHE lives in the house.)
My neighbors won't make any effort to do anything about it so we are trying to train him with dog whistles. He really doesn't like it and it might work. I sure wish the people responsible for him would make an attempt to correct his behavior instead of putting it on his neighbors.

I told the idiot if he just talked to them that they wouldnt bug him, much. Also his two dogs bark anytime we are outside, but of course our dogs are the problem. We live in the county so there isnt any ordinance I have to worry about other than noise and that doesnt kick in until after 10pm, and they are never out here at that time unless I am as well. |

My FIL planted some and buried concrete slabs around it 3 feet down and still failed to hold it back. I planted a clump when in the middle of Midlothian about 50 years ago and it's still there despite our house being torn down and a strip mall being built. But it spreads in all directions. |

Maybe you should try the dog whistle thing on both sets of dogs from both neighbors. I think the ones I ordered on Amazon were 8 bucks for a pair on neck lanyards.
Google said to blow it when they bark. At first they might bark more but when they figure out the whistle stops when the barking does, they stop barking so much.
We'll see.

We've got some infrared sensors with ultrasonic emitters that make a really high pitched sound and bothers the $%^ out of cats. It keeps them out of the garden but they cost us about $400 plus lots of batteries.
I want to take one of them and attach a cone to focus the sounds and see if I can make it into a gun because they figure out where they trigger it and sneak around the field of view.
I'm going to play slim whitman through it and blow their heads up.

My biggest fear is I destroy the dudes garden which he wouldnt be able to prove, but would rightfully accuse me of doing.
Then he poisons my dog, and then I go into a rage and murder him.
