Now Hertz CEO asking to sell another $1B in stock since the price is so high? But you filed bankruptcy! The judge will never allow this fleecing of investors, you wouldn't think.

I took a beating the last week or so. I am going to have to turn Rajah's mom out even more just to make up for some tough losses.
It is sad when the $%^ty free stocks Webull gave me are the best performing ones I have right now.

So when HTZ gets delisted will users of Robinhood be forced to sell since they do not allow OTC trades?

The last time I was with Rajah’s mom she got so wet they had to call out the guard to stack sand bags around the bed.

I took profit on half my position up roughly $1/share. The other half now has a cost basis of 0 and I have some profit to show for it.

Yep. Took the rest off the table this morning. Their drug is dead. This is the way to play these micro pharma companies. They have something promising that makes it to phase 3 and you book profits plus enough to take your cost basis to 0 on the remaining position. If they miss you have profits, if they hit you have even more profits. Playing with house money removes the stress.

Getting out of the stock market entirely before earnings reports and reports of drops in August consumer spending.
But where to run?
I'm thinking maybe high grade government bonds if there is such a thing.

High grade government bonds are OK if they outplace inflation (or at least keep up, like TIPS). Otherwise, you are losing money and would be better in cash. The better option is to find something undervalued, like XOM, and park your money there. Then you have a real upside potential. If you need the money for something in the short term then don't do this. Just stay in cash.
