If you are going to expand the Supreme Court you need to take it to 15. It makes the individual Justices less powerful and would allow them to take on a heavier workload and would make individual appointments less crucial to the balance of the Court and thus less political. Without consideration to the fact that Republicans have managed to fill three seats in an illegitimate fashion, the heavy workload by itself is justification to expand the court. The reason for the expanded workload should be explored, too. I suspect that it is because of the $%^ty legislation being regurgitated by Congress. |

Well I voted all Dems on the ballot for the first time.
Usually there is a Lib or republican somewhere in there I like but not this time.

Trump says he's going to ask for a recount in Wisconsin. Seems fair enough to me.
Arizona, Nevada, Michigan, Wisconsin, Maine 2nd district=270. Then PA doesn't matter.
It's almost like a Trump mental acuity test.

Good results, I think. Having the House and Senate with different parties is my preferred alignment, esp. with the Senate the odd one out.
I split my ticket as always. Voted against Steve Cohen who is a crook.

Oregon passed the medical shrooms measure.
That means more black market goods for me. They are hard to get in my redneck of the woods.
Also interested in what a prolonged study will produce.
/but I am still gonna fry my brains when I score a fat bag of caps and stems.

I like the idea of a slightly split government too.
But I think it's time for new leadership in both the house and senate. And not just a succession based on tenure. New leadership from Leader/Speaker to junior whips.
Current leadership has failed us in both the Exec and the Legis branches and needs to go.
