Do you expect that it would include some instruction for Trump on what actually constitutes a national emergency?
He practically had to be forced to declare the opiod crisis an emergency when thousands are being killed every year. Now he tries to sell his stupid &%$ing wall as a way to help with that. Just to try to fulfill PART a stupid &%$ing promise he made during the circus he called a campaign.
Oh wait. It's not to help with the opiod crisis, it's to stop the all the terrorists from swimming in on the Rio Grande.
How stupid does he think we are? Even people who were fooled into voting for him are soon going to realize that the reason that the Fake News has calls thousands of his statement lies is because they ARE lies.

I would compromise on the height... say 2’ high painted yellow with “WATCH YOUR STEP” stenciled on top.

That would be just as effective on stopping the flow of drugs and terrorists and the 3000 mile wall that you suggest we create in Trumps mind. (A scheme which might work, btw.)
