Free agency rules!
We have this thread, but yet next year during free agency we'll hear plenty of screaming to sign whatever big name free agent is on the market.
I like Dex, he's a good guy, he's not playing well at all.
Spending in free agency is a stupid idea.... almost universally unless it's filling some holes with fringe guys or the Mikolas/Carpenter type fliers, and even then you get some Kip Wells'.

Fowler signing was bad immediately. Mo was filling the fans full of so much crap it was embarrassing. Always talking about using the young talent then he goes and signs Fowler to a 4 year deal.
Grichuk will have a better season at the plate and they are not comparable defensively. Of course Mike will be the company man and keep playing him while telling the fans he has nobody better.
